Live video: watch Twitch like a dedicated app
Tubyo opens Twitch and other live sites like any video site, with the extra video features: PiP, full screen, background audio and resume.
Watching a live
Open the channel, start the stream and leave the app: the live continues in Picture in Picture or as audio depending on the channel and site. Full screen stays available for supported sources.
Know who is live
The creator library flags the Twitch creators you follow that are live, refreshed periodically, so you open the channel at the right time without intrusive notifications.
What can vary
Every platform keeps its players, its ads and its limits: Tubyo does not cut Twitch's own ads, but it filters compatible ads on the pages you open.
A few good answers.
Can I follow a live in the background?
Yes for supported sources: the sound continues with the screen off and the video returns in PiP or full screen when you reopen the app.
Does Tubyo remove Twitch ads?
No. Tubyo filters compatible ads on the websites you open; platforms' own in-player ads remain.
