Terms & subscriptions

Tubyo is an independent browser and media app. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. Tubyo does not grant rights to their content, provide their paid subscriptions or claim affiliation with them.

App license

The app uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These support notes do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Optional ad removal

All features are available without subscribing. Optional monthly and three-month auto-renewable subscriptions remove Tubyo’s own ads. The purchase screen displays the applicable local price and duration before confirmation. Payment and renewal are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Website features and parental controls

Playback, Picture in Picture and filtering depend on the source and can change when websites change. The app does not guarantee removal of all third-party ads. Parental sessions restrict Tubyo’s own navigation; they do not lock the entire device or certify all content offered by external providers.
